Welcome to the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu & Combat Wrestling, where you will find self-defense videos teaching you how to deal with a situation that has landed on the ground.  When training for self-defense, you must take into account all possible situations and try to train as much as possible for those possibilities.  The likelihood of  an attack ending up on the ground is high, especially if you are a lighter weighted individual, as weight is often against you.  These videos aim to help you create a foundation of techniques allowing you to effectively defend yourself should an attack end up on the ground.
